COVID-19 Update

In order to protect the health of our employees and the customers we serve effective November 23, 2020, and until further notice, the South Burlington Water Department and the CWD Retail Department are ceasing all appointments for existing residential customers that require entry into homes, except for emergencies. At this time the South Burlington Water and CWD Retail are conducting customer appointments that require entry into existing businesses and new construction. 

Administrative staff will be working under reduced hours at the CWD treatment facility, and will be monitoring voicemails remotely. Please be patient if there is a delay in responding. Calls will be returned as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
